"It was fine, just a little slow"
My order showed up in good condition, so no real complaints there. It did take longer than I expected though, and that part was weird since I didn’t get much of an update. Overall, it was okay, just nothing that stood out.

"The website left me a little confused"
I really wanted to feel good about ordering from this site, but I ended up not being fully convinced. The website says one thing in some places, but then the product claims felt a bit bigger than what they actually explained or backed up. I couldn’t find enough clear details or real proof to feel totally confident. Maybe the products are fine, but the way everything is worded made me hesitate. I’d trust it more if they gave more straightforward info and fewer bold promises.

"Better than I expected, but shipping was slow"
I wasn’t expecting a huge change, but this ended up working better than I thought it would. It did take around two weeks before I really noticed a difference, so it wasn’t instant, but my usual dryness is much less now. I’d give it full stars if the shipping hadn’t taken so long

"Annoying subscription charge and a long wait for support"
I thought I had cancelled my subscription, but I still ended up getting charged, which was really frustrating. When I tried to contact support, I had to sit in the queue for ages before getting any kind of response. The whole thing just felt more annoying than it needed to be

I ordered from pure-natural-products.com and it was fine, but give me a break with those prices. The products felt basic to me, and I was expecting something a little more impressive for what I paid. Nothing was awful, but I’m definitely not in a hurry to order again.

"Not a lot to pick from"
I was really expecting more options, but the selection felt limited. Some categories only had a handful of items, and a few things I was looking for weren’t there at all. The site itself is fine, but if you’re someone who likes to compare a bunch of products before buying, give me a break, there’s just not enough to work with

"Good first impression, clean ingredients"
My first impression of pure-natural-products.com was positive. I was looking for products with fewer fillers, and right away the labels seemed simple and easy to understand. I also liked that I didn’t notice any weird dyes or super heavy fragrances.

I ended up giving 4 stars because one item had a stronger herbal smell than I expected, but overall everything felt clean and basic in a good way. I’d probably order again, though I’ll definitely keep checking each label before buying.

"Decent products, but I didn’t feel very heard"
I ordered a couple of things from Pure Natural Products, and overall they were okay, just not really impressive. Nothing arrived damaged and the items looked close to the photos, but one of them felt cheaper than I was expecting. It still worked fine, so I can’t say it was a total letdown, but it wasn’t exactly great either. I also kind of felt dismissed when I had questions, like my concerns weren’t taken that seriously. For the price, it might be fair, but I’m not sure I’d order the same items again.

"Box arrived banged up"
The box showed up all smashed and the packaging was busted. I was going to say it looked like it had a rough trip, but it looked more like it got kicked around a few times.

"More confusing than I expected"
I had a tough time using the site. Compared to other sites I’ve used, this one felt harder to figure out and not very intuitive. I kept having to click around just to find what I needed.

"Pretty frustrating mix-up with my order"
My box had two wrong items and one item was missing altogether, which was disappointing. I reached out to support, but they were slow to respond, so the whole thing ended up being more frustrating than I expected.

"Checkout felt a little slow to me"

"Shipping took a bit longer than expected"

"Stuff is always sold out"
I tried ordering a few things, but once again most of what I wanted was out of stock. Kind of frustrating because I’d already spent time browsing around, and then you get to that point where you’re like, why did I even bother? It reminded me of when I go to the grocery store for one specific thing and somehow they’re out of it every single time. Anyway, they really need to keep their stock info updated better because checking back over and over just feels like a waste of time
